1)Message for someone who is not 18 and who didn’t fill their parent’s email address in the form, but their own email address twice Hi XXX, As you are not 18 years old yet, we are not sure of the reason that you didn't fill in your parent's email address in this form. At Cosmic Girls, honesty and integrity are core values, and we expect all participants to uphold these standards. Moving forward, if you want to join our program, we will have to add you manually to our system because the system only accepts one form. So, if you can tell us the name of your parent and an email address of your parent, they will have to send us an email saying that they approve of your joining the cosmic forum and competition from their email address. They can send that email to info@cosmicgirls.org. 2)Message for someone who is not 18 and did fill their parent’s email address in but we haven’t received an email approval from their parent yet Hi XXX Thank you for registering for the Cosmic Forum. The next step in the process is that your parent will have already received an email (if they say they haven’t received it yet, tell them to check their spambox). They will have to approve that email by replying to it saying that they approve of you joining the forum and competition. After that, you will have access to our community. If they didn’t receive anything for some reason then, they can always write a separate email to us at info@cosmicgirls.org telling us who they are, and who you as their daughter are, and stating that they approve of you joining the forum and the competition. We hope that process is clear and looking forward to having your participation in our community! 3)Message for someone who is older than 19: (and let them into the forum) Dear XXX, We'd like to welcome you into our community! Just to let you know, you are past the age limit for applying for our competition and program partners, but you are welcome to participate in our webinars and other activities that we have for the girls. 4)Message for someone who signed up for a program partner (e.g. Moonshot in this case) and who hasn’t joined the forum: Dear XXX Before you can join Moonshot you will have to first become a member of our community via the Cosmic Forum - www.cosmicgirls.org/forum. After you fill in that form, then you parent will have to approve your participation if you're under 18 and then we can then send your details to Moonshot. I hope the process is clear. If not, it's all on the website under the competition page. 5)Message for someone who is trying several different email addresses either to get a different response or trying “to beat the system”- (you can see in the approval spreadsheet) Dear XXX, We’ve noticed that multiple forms have been submitted using different email addresses for both you and your parent. As a result, we’re unsure which contact information is correct, and it has made it difficult for us to manage your application properly. More importantly, submitting conflicting information gives the impression that you may not be following our process in good faith. At Cosmic Girls, honesty and integrity are core values, and we expect all participants to uphold these standards. We’d appreciate it if you could clarify which email address you would like us to use moving forward, and confirm the correct email address for your parent as well. We’re looking forward to moving ahead with clarity and trust. 6)Message for someone who is registered in our system and wants to sign up for MMAARS as a program partner: Dear XXX In order to sign up for MMAARS the first step is that you have to have a full commitment to participate in their program because they don't want people stepping out in the middle of a mission. Because everyone has a specific task so if one person leaves or doesn't show up for whatever reason, it hurts the mission. We just found out that the dates and times for the next mission are: August 16, 23, 30 and Sept 6th. The times will be from 8 am - 12 noon Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) timezone. Please let us know if you can make that. It's very important for people doing this mission to be able to show up for the entire mission or else you will be letting the crew down. Please confirm that you can make it and then we will connect you with the leader of the program, Dr. Jewell and she will give you additional tasks that you need to do in order to qualify for your free scholarship. This is a Dutch speaking program that happens in person and we just wanted to check if you spoke Dutch and were in the Netherlands. If not, we suggest that you choose another partner program. Please let us know what you'd like to do. 8)Message for girls who are impatient because they haven’t heard anything from the program partner yet Hi Xxx, Please be a bit patient. We have given your name to shakhtisat and hopefully within a week or so they will onboard you. (It can take up to 2 weeks sometimes before you hear from the partner).
