April 12 is celebrated as the International Day of Human Space Flight, commemorating Yuri Gagarin's historic first human space flight in 1961. Shortly after, the first woman in space was Soviet cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, who flew aboard the Vostok 6 spacecraft on June 16, 1963.  From March to April 12 (International Space Day of Human Flight) and June 16 (First Woman in Space), Cosmic Girls Foundation is raising funds to empower young women (like yourselves!)  in their astronaut dreams.  🚀 Volunteer as a Donor Ambassador with Cosmic Girls Foundation! 🌍✨ From March to June, we’re raising funds for STEM programs, space workshops, and astronaut training for future pioneers.
